House of Emirates® is proud to present its elite clientele with a remarkably rare Silver Drachm of Septimius Severus, struck in Cappadocia, Caesarea in Regnal Year 2, corresponding to AD 194. Only 11 known examples appear on Coin Archives, placing this piece among the most elusive provincial issues of the Severan era.

The obverse bears the inscription AY Λ CЄΠ CЄOYHPOC and shows the laureate head of Septimius Severus facing right, rendered with clear detail and pleasing style.
The reverse carries the legend MHTPOΠO KAICAPI and depicts Nike advancing left on a globe, holding both a wreath and palm branch, with control marks ԐT in the left field and R in the right field.

Condition is Very Fine, offering an attractive and well-preserved example with excellent centering and surfaces.
